The town of Needham is located in Norfolk County in the metro west part of Massachusetts, approximately 7 miles west of Boston. Located on the banks of the Charles River, Needham is bordered on the north by the town of Wellesley on the east by the city of Newton, on the south by the towns Dedham and Dover, and on the west by the towns of Wellesley.


Needham is bordered by to major highway systems, Routes 93 (rt 128) and route 9, and a number of secondary roadways including Routes 135 Public transportation is available via commuter rail service stations from Needham to South station in  Boston area provided by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, and a regional bus service provided by the MBTA

It is a wealthy suburb of boston and commands excellent school system.


Needham is a great family town whether it be the 4th of July fireworks and parade or the nation’s longest football rivalry on Thanksgiving    It has two main areas, the Town Center and the Heights both with restaurants and shopping.  Needham is as Norman Rockwell as it gets, go down any street and you will see people walking, whether it be by themselves, with a baby carriage, or with their dogs.  It like Newton is extremely well located for employment centers with 4 entrances along route 128 (interstate 93) or an easy commute into all australian casino review Boston via the commuter rail with 5 stops.  Needham offers excellent public schools and is home to St Sebastian’s a boys prep school.  Babson and Olin College are also greatly involved in the community.  Most recent improvements to the community are the new library, high Rock 6th grade school, the High School and expansion of the Beth  Israel – Deaconess Hospital.
